Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower rice is the new fad in the food world and rightly so, it’s super quick to make, healthier than a bowl of rice, neutral in taste so pretty much absorbs the flavors of dishes it’s being served with.

Enough said! I will keep the post as simple and short as the making of this recipe itself!

Cauliflower Rice: A great accompaniment for spicy curries and stir fries alike, cauliflower rice is easy to make.

Serving Size: 1 cup

Ingredients

Cauliflower head, grated into small pearls – 1 cup

Salt to taste

Oil – 1 tsp

Direction

  1. Heat oil in a deep skillet. Add the grated cauliflower and stir to combine. Make sure that there is no water in the grated cauliflower before you put it in the skillet.
  2. Add salt, cover and cook until soft and ready.
  3. Serve warm as an accompaniment to a spicy curry or along side a stir fry.
