Cauliflower rice is the new fad in the food world and rightly so, it’s super quick to make, healthier than a bowl of rice, neutral in taste so pretty much absorbs the flavors of dishes it’s being served with.

Cauliflower Rice: A great accompaniment for spicy curries and stir fries alike, cauliflower rice is easy to make.
Recipe type: Dinner/Lunch, Side
Serving Size: 1 cup
Cauliflower head, grated into small pearls – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil – 1 tsp
- Heat oil in a deep skillet. Add the grated cauliflower and stir to combine. Make sure that there is no water in the grated cauliflower before you put it in the skillet.
- Add salt, cover and cook until soft and ready.
- Serve warm as an accompaniment to a spicy curry or along side a stir fry.
