Spicy Grilled Corn/Bhutta

This is a very common seasonal street food in India. Rainy seasons for me is synonymous with the smell of bhutta being charred, the light warm breeze that hits you when you cross the vendor, smell of lemon. I love everything about it!

Although my favourite is just a smear of lemon dabbed with salt but I recently tried bhutta with a spicy green chutney and it blew my mind (literally).

I had to try it at home, with less spice ofcourse.
