Corn on Cob with Ranch and Cheese Dressing

Corn on the cob is a very common snack in my house and especially when I am making a Mexican fair. I keep experimenting with new dressings for the cob. This time around I used Ranch dressing and sprinkled some cheese and paprika. The result was out of this world.

Ranch is one of my favorite dressings to use in a salad and cheese is everyone’s favorite. A perfect combination and we get a yummy snack to munch on.

Ingredients

  • Corn on the Cob, halved – 2
  • Ranch Dressing – 4 tbs
  • Cheese, grated – 2 tbs
  • Paprika or red chili powder – 1/2 tsp

Direction

  1. Pressure cook corn on the cob for two whistles or until done.
  2. Once done, drizzle ranch dressing on top, sprinkle cheese and paprika.
  3. Serve warm.
