This is simply health in a bowl! This is my version of the most used dip in Tex-Mex cuisine, sour cream sans the cream! How cool is that!
I make this dip with hung curd/greek yogurt and it may not be as light in texture as the store bought sour cream, but it’s delicious nevertheless and so much more healthy.
You don’t have to think twice before double dipping (In your own private bowl 🙂

Homemade Sour Cream: Healthy and refreshing hung curd dip
Recipe type: Dip

Serving Size: 1 Cup
- Hung curd – 1 cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Paprika – 1/4 tsp (optional)
- Minced garlic – 1 tsp
- Finely chopped parsley and spring onion for garnish
- Mix everything together, garnish with parsley and spring onion and serve cold.
